JonBenét Ramsey's Brother Settles Defamation Lawsuit With CBS

James Fitzgerald was among the individuals named in the defamation lawsuit settled on Friday. He was one of several purported experts featured in the CBS documentary The Case Of: JonBenet Ramsey.

Burke Ramsey reached a confidential settlement with the network, the production company and several individuals behind a documentary series that claimed he killed his 6-year-old sister when he was 9.
